We are independent design consultants with a focus on architecture, lighting design and urban design. We provide professional design services from concept through to completion for a wide range of projects and are also available for strategic advice as well as design consultation. Light
Emily Dufner
Emily trained as an architectural engineer and specialized in architectural lighting design with a passion for urban environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University and a Master of Science in City Design and Social Science from the London School of Economics.
She has over 20 years of professional consulting experience based in Europe and the USA, with project experience around the world. Following a long tenure in London, she developed and led lighting design teams for Arup in Berlin and San Francisco and enjoys inspiring playful and people-centered designs. She lives in Arizona with Oliver and their two children.
Architecture
Oliver Dufner
Oliver is an architect from Germany and has work experience in Germany, the USA and England. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kassel, a Bachelor of Architecture from the Manchester Metropolitan University and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University.
He is a talented space and conceptual designer, and has an exceptional eye for detail and design. He worked with a niche residential architect in New York, then later for Allies & Morrison and MAKE Architects in London prior to starting his own firm and carrying out bespoke renovation projects and designs. He is an entrepreneur at heart and lives in Arizona with Emily and their two children.
